RDI - Protein Rich Food

What are Proteins & why is it required?

The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) or RDI, which is the minimum amount you need to be healthy, is 0.8 grams per kilogram (0.36 grams per pound) of body weight per day.

Men : 56 grams per day
Women : 46 grams per day
